I live in Ireland so don't have the opportunity to see Geri very often, however, I plan to have more treatments from her whenever I get the opportunity. Geri knows how to make you feel relaxed from the beginning of the session with gentle chat, and then how to let you relax into the therapy and become totally immersed in what is happening to your body. After the last session I had with her I met up with some friends for a cup of tea. One of them remarked that I "looked seraphic"! And that is indeed how I felt!

The feeling after treatment is hard to describe... relaxed and mmm... squidgy. Later I feel like I could do cartwheels. I return for more treatments whenever I strain anything.
