Our Story

The Way Beyond is an independent record label based in Lewes, East Sussex. We might be described by some as a 'modern classical'; our hope is to transcend genre. We plan to release music that is about connection, honesty, integrity and, for want of a better word, soul. Spiritual values in a digital age.

Largely meditative, piano-based and solo, what is of paramount importance to us is that we are truly and deeply touched by the music of the artists we release.

 

Born of a psychedelic reawakening, the label was set up in 2024 by a life-long music industry veteran and a teenage classical pianist.
